1. Cross teaming is ALLOWED, but NO stalling the round,
2. Team killing is ALLOWED, but excessive TK will result in a kill/kick,
3. NO microphone spamming,
4. NO cheating/hacking/exploiting,
5. NO racial slurs of any type,

Modifications:
SCP SWAP:
If you don't like your current SCP, you can switch by typing ".scpswap (SCP #)" into the console (`) Example: .scpswap 096 or .scpswap 106
If another player currently has that SCP, they must agree to the swap (".scpswap confirm").

AFK/DC REPLACE:
People who are away from their computers for a large period of time and/or people who disconnect will be replaced by a spectator.

Stalky106:
Allows SCP-106 to stalk random players.
