<b>[US EAST] Boring & Dief's Circus<b>

This server features a large amount of plugins and changes to make the game more fun (and stupid)
Server owners are on often and we will do custom rounds for everyone frequently!

1. No hate speech or harassment
2. All micspam is allowed however it must follow all other rules (ex. no hate speech)
3. Stalling the round is not allowed
4. Most importantly, respect each other and hope you have fun!

T͟e͟a͟m͟i͟n͟g͟ R͟u͟l͟e͟s͟
Chaos and SCPS are allowed to team since they can win the round together.
MTF/Scientists/ClassD/Guards and SCPS are not allowed to team since they cannot win the round together.

-Health increased to 8000 (subject to change)
-Damage resistance slightly increased
-Rage
-Cannot spawn with any other SCPS besides SCP-079

SCP-106
-Health Decreased to 650
-Increase damage resistance
-Grenades do extra damage

SCP-939
-2 Variations of SCP-939 have a chance to spawn
-SCP-939-6 Has an increased model size and increased health but is slower
-SCP-939-4 Has a decreased model size and increased speed but health is lower

SCP-173
-Has a chance to spawn SCP-173-2 which has a smaller model size, is faster, but has less health
