禁止在危险区域缴械逃生者要扣税
Forbid those who surrender and escape in dangerous areas
(只能在办公区或地表且已确认安全的时候缴械,其他区域只能搜查危险品)
(Only surrender in the office area or on the surface when it has been confirmed to be safe. In other areas, only search for dangerous items.)

禁止乱杀未交税的扣税人员与收税官
Prohibit the indiscriminate killing of non-rebelliousDboys and scientists.

禁止扣税人员与收税官内斗、缴械

Prohibit the dissemination of negative, misleading, pessimistic statements or advertisements about the server
