1. General Conduct

• Respect Others: Treat all players with respect. No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
• No Toxic Behavior: Avoid toxic behavior such as excessive trash talk, griefing, or any actions that disrupt the enjoyment of the game for others.
• No Spamming: Spamming voice or text chat is prohibited. Keep communication clear and concise.

2. Gameplay Rules

• No Cheating: Any use of hacks, cheats, or exploits will result in an immediate ban. This includes using third-party software or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Team Play: Play according to your class objectives. Deliberate team-killing or sabotaging your class without a strategic reason is not allowed.
• No Ghosting: Sharing in-game information with others outside of the game (e.g., via external voice chats) is prohibited.

3. SCP and Teaming Rules

• Small-Scale Teaming: Small-scale teaming between different classes (e.g., D-Class and Scientists, or MTF and Chaos Insurgency) is allowed when facing a greater threat, such as an SCP that has spawned or is nearby.
• SCP Teaming: D-Class and Scientists may team up with SCPs under certain circumstances, such as “snitching” on the location of other players. However, keep these alliances temporary and situational.
• No Excessive Teaming: Prolonged or excessive teaming that disrupts the balance of the game is discouraged. Remember that most alliances are temporary and situational.

4. Chat and Communication

• Language: Keep the chat in English (or the primary language of the server) to ensure effective communication among all players.
• Respect Voice Chat: Use voice chat responsibly. Avoid unnecessary loud noises, screaming, or playing music/sound clips.
• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate other players.

5. Warnings and Bans

• Warnings: Players can receive warnings for minor infractions that are not severe enough to warrant a ban. Accumulating 5 warnings will result in a ban.
• Bans: Breaking any of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.

6. Server-Specific Rules

• Custom Rules: If the server has any custom rules or game modes, they will be announced before the game starts. Make sure to follow these as well.
• No Advertising: Advertising other servers or services without permission is not allowed.

7. Final Decision

• Staff Authority: Staff have the final word in all decisions. Even if a rule is not explicitly stated, staff may make decisions based on what they believe is best for the server and the community.

8. Reporting Issues

• Report Misconduct: If you see someone breaking the rules or behaving inappropriately, report it with as much detail as possible.
• Bug Reporting: If you encounter any game bugs or server issues, report them in the designated channels. (edited)
