KOS RULES - These dont apply to SCPs.
<size="14">Class D are allowed to kill Scientists and MTF, Scientists are allowed to kill Class D and Chaos.
MTF are allowed to kill D Class only if they are holding out a weapon or refusing an order, Chaos are allowed to kill Scientists only if they are refusing an order or holding out a weapon.
