- SCP-049 has a passive ability after 3 SCP-049-2 have been revived healing any SCP-049-2 around SCP-049
- There's a small chance a wave of SCP-049-2 will spawn instead of Chaos Insurgency
- During a Chaos Insurgency spawn there's a small chance one player will become a Chaos Hacker which can remotely open doors
- Friendly Fire is turned on at the end of the round so you can massacre everyone around you
- SCP-106 has the ability to teleport to a select player at random every 80 seconds
- SCP-939 has been upgraded to be quicker than humans along with other special abilities
- SCP-035 has the ability to infect items around the map. Watch what you pick up!
- There's a small chance Serpents Hand will spawn instead of Chaos Insurgency. They are a force that helps SCPS and eliminates all other forces
- In SCP-914 you don't have to drop your items to upgrade them you can hold them
- Chance someone will become SCP-069 which mimics its victims perfectly along with other abilities
