1. No round delaying.

3. Do not use any racial or homophobic slurs, or be overly toxic.

4. No killing any cuffed civilian classes (Class-D, Scientist)

5. Mic-spamming via any GLOBAL chats (can be heard no matter the distance)
5.1 This includes Spectator, SCP Chats, Radio, Intercom, and SCP-1576.
