一、禁止濫殺 D級人員 和 科學家
為保障玩家們的遊戲體驗，使 保安、MTF、混沌分裂者 不得以自身心情來造成他人無故死亡
備註：除了持槍者、此回合造反者、威脅科學家者、不服從 MTF 或 混沌分裂者 之命令者，即可擊殺，同時玩家應做好 D級人員 或 博士 會造反的可能
備註：除非 D級人員 或 博士 雙方都亮槍，才可互殺

二、禁止在SCP-914搶卡
防止出現惡劣玩家，所以制定該條規則以保護其他玩家使用SCP-914之權利。
備註：包括搶武器、醫療用品、物件類SCP道具者

三、禁止九尾狐陣營（含科學家）與SCP、D級人員和混沌分裂者合作，並允許D級人員 或 混沌分裂者 與SCP合作
為了增加服務器的 可玩性 和 趣味性，故增加此規則。
備註：當 D級人員亮槍 或 與SCP合作時 即可擊殺符合條件之D級人員

四、禁止人類躲在高級卡房間裡太久，限制時間約 2 ～ 3 分鐘
限制範圍：SCP-079收容室、SCP-106收容室內、地表核彈室，我們希望能讓三方陣營有公平的較量。

五、禁止SCP守核彈室
禁止SCP守核彈室，因為核彈室的空間極小，故對人類陣營不利。

六、禁止惡意辱罵任何玩家我們希望不管新手還是老手都有個良好的遊戲環境，若是新玩家玩得不好也希望老玩家別責怪他們。
若是有玩家檢舉惡意辱罵的違規，懲處將採計初犯警告乙支、再犯警告乙支、三犯封麥14天。

七、禁止在 觀察者頻道 和 廣播室 放歌或製造影響他人的噪音
為了營造良好的遊戲環境，禁止濫用廣播室 播放歌曲 或是 製造雜音。
備註：放歌邊走邊放 或 自己唱不算。

八、切勿利用麥克風製造 雜音 以及 爆麥
若麥克風不得已出現雜音或爆麥可斟酌處理，但若故意者，初犯給予警告乙支、再犯將會封麥 7 日。

九、禁止管理員（含服主）濫用權力
若查核屬實，第一次警告乙支、第二次警告乙支、第三次 撤銷管理員 與 其稱號並剔除 7 天。

6. It is forbidden to insult any player maliciously. We hope that both novices and veterans have a good game environment. If new players do not play well, we hope that old players don’t blame them.
If a player reports a malicious or insulting violation, the punishment will be based on warning Ulchi for the first offender, warning Ulji for the second offender, and blocking the wheat for the third offender for 14 days.

7. It is forbidden to sing or make noise that affects others in the Observer Channel and Broadcasting Room
In order to create a good gaming environment, it is prohibited to abuse the radio room to play songs or create noise.
Remarks: Playing while walking or singing by yourself does not count.

8. Do not use the microphone to create noise and popcorn
