1. このサーバーはJP ONLYサーバーです。日本国外からの接続は制限されています。
2. チートやバグの不正利用は禁止です。
3. なりすまし、詐欺、その他日本での違法な行為は禁止です。
4. 人種差別、攻撃的な発言は禁止です。
5. 嘘の不正報告はしないでください。厳しく罰せられます。
6. 根拠のない晒し行為や粘着行為をしないでください。違反だと思った場合は報告をしてください。
7. 自身の動画投稿サイトやストリーミングサイトの広告は、少しなら許可されます。
8. マイクでのノイズなどスパム行為は禁止です。ミュートされる場合があります。
9. ミュージックや効果音を流すことは許可されていますが、注意された場合は停止してください。
10. チーミングやキャンピングは、遅延行為にならない場合は許可されます。
[1] 遅延行為とは、ラウンドの進行に関与しづらい場所で会話し続けることなどが該当します。
[2] 同じ場所に長くいることをキャンピングとみなします。移動や何かしらの行動をしている場合は対象ではありません。
[3] CIとSCPのチーミングは特に発生しますが、遅延行為にならない限り問題ありません。
11.
味方への過度な妨害行為は禁止です。以下はその例となります。
[1] 非戦闘時に進路上のドアを閉める移動妨害
[2] テスラゲートでの意図的な殺害
[Rules for English]
1. This server is a JP ONLY server. Connections from outside Japan are strictly prohibited.
2. Cheats and exploiting bugs are strictly prohibited.
3. Spoofing, fraud and other illegal activities in Japan are strictly prohibited.
4. Racism and offensive remarks are strictly prohibited.
5. Do not make false fraud reports. be severely punished.
6. Do not expose or stick anything unfounded. If you think it is a violation, report it.
7. Advertising on your own video posting or streaming sites is allowed, but must keep be minimum.
8. Spamming on microphone are strictly prohibited. you may be muted.
9. Playing music and sound effects is allowed, but please stop if you are warned.
10. Teaming and camping are permitted as long as they do not lead to round delays.
[1] Delay means, include continuing talk in places where not related to get involved in progress of round.
[2] Staying in same place for a long time is considered camping. if you are moving or doing some kind of action for rounds, its not covered.
[3] CI and SCP teaming especially happens, but its fine as long as not affect to round delays.
11. Do not sabotage/troll as SCP/MTF/CI. Scientist/Class-D personnel are not eligible. For example:
[1] Release the restrained Scientist/Class-D personnel on the verge of escaping
[2] Killing detained Scientist/Class-D personnel by a non-restrainer
[3] Movement blocking with closing the door
[4] Intentional killing at Teslagate
