WEAPONS:

Weapons deal realistic damage. Move tactically. HEADSHOTS are now KING.
All guns are viable, but Chaos Repressor's and NTF MG40's rule the battlefield.
Grenades deal 1000HP damage to SCPs.

ITEMS:

Candies: You can grab 3 candies from the candy bowl. Some spawns have higher chances. Will you risk it?
Coins are priceless. They can help or hinder you.
FLASHLIGHTS are highly recommended.

MISC:

Facility-wide blackouts occur intermittently. Certain rooms will be blacked out until the blackout level resets.
