1b. The person who cuffed the suspect is only allowed to kill them, unless they are being uncompliant, then it is also allowed to kill them.<br>
No evading, this includes but not subject to: Bans, Mutes, Warns<br>
Do not stall the round, do not camp in a room just because you want to keep the game going. Same goes for SCPs, don't kill the last person just because you want another spawnwave.<br>
1a. Spawncamping is not allowed. You cannot wait for an MTF or Chaos Wave just to micro or grenade it. You are allowed to elevator-trap however.
