this server is geared towards minimal administrative intrusion and low player restriction
(if you cant follow the only 3 rules dont even bother joining)

rules:
1) cheating will not fly (i shouldnt have to state this)
2) mtf/guard crossteam with scp/CI is disallowed
3) dont be a disparaging d!ck to newcomers

additional flags:
- plugins: remotekeycard, respawntimer, admintools
- FF off
- MTF/CI spawn with almost 2x more ammo than vanilla
- 914 refines dropped items+held items only
- disarmers switch D/sci role at escape
- shadowrealm 1 exit, randomizes
- CI have 40% spawn chance
- icom 12s, 15s cooldown
